Refunds and Exchanges Policy

In the event that the user is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the order is received by the user to contact La Mansio and state the intention to return the parcel.

A tracking number or shipping receipt with confirmation of the order being shipped to the address indicated by La Mansio must be provided within the thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the order is received by the user.

The return request must be made through the website contact form. La Mansio will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

 

The products must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

 

La Mansio is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this regard, La Mansio recommends the User to ask the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has delivered the product to La Mansio's offices / stores, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to La Mansio.



The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs via courier companies) will be borne directly by the User and so will any customs duties incurred during the product return process.

The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that accompany it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the La Mansio may refuse the return.

Once La Mansio receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, La Mansio will proceed to refund all the initial amounts paid by the User. La Mansio will refund the User all amounts paid (including the shipping costs of the purchase, NOT the return).



La Mansio will offer, instead of a refund, the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid as a promotional code for future purchases. If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, La Mansio will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.



La Mansio informs Users that the refund period will depend on the method of payment used by the User to purchase the product:

- If the User has made the payment by credit or debit card, La Mansio will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days of La Mansio receiving from the User the products of the order in a brand new condition.


- If the User paid by PayPal, La Mansio will refund the amount paid within 7 business days of La Mansio receiving from the User the products of the order in a brand new condition. In any case, La Mansio will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly to address and rectify the issue.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Note that processing times can vary by bank or credit card issuer.


Manufacturing Defects

This policy applies exclusively to goods sold on our website and does not extend to items obtained through crowdfunding, resale, or any other channels.


If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@lamansio.com before using the product for repair or replacement options. Products with manufacturing issues within the first 12 months from the order date, if used, are ineligible for a refund but will be addressed accordingly. Accidental damage or wear from use is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.


European Union (EU) Customers


In accordance with EU legislation, residents of the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period starting from the delivery date as confirmed by our shipping courier. During this period, unused goods can be returned within 14 days following the cancellation notice, with proof of return required within this timeframe. Consistent with EU regulations, we provide a 2-year warranty on all our products for customers within the European Union. It is important to mention that warranty conditions might differ for customers outside the European Union, as they are adjusted to comply with the local laws and consumer protection standards of their respective regions.

We offer a 30 day cancellation policy however.
