At La Mansio, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Our extended warranty ensures your peace of mind with the following terms:

Terms Included in the Warranty

  1. Warranty Duration: The extended warranty covers eligible products for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  2. Warranty Fee: A one-time fee of €29 applies to activate the extended warranty.
  3. Covered Repairs:
    • Any panel damage caused by stitching failure.
    • Carabiner malfunction: Replacement straps will be shipped in case of failure.
    • Zipper malfunctions due to manufacturing defects.
    • Shoulder pad ripping caused by normal use.
    • Hardware Failures: Coverage for any hardware components that fail due to manufacturing defects.

Terms Not Included in the Warranty

The extended warranty does not cover:

  1. Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  2. Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from repairs or modifications not performed by La Mansio.
  3. Environmental Damage: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or chemicals.
  4. Cosmetic Damage:
    • Normal wear and tear, including minor marks, cuts, or tears.
    • Cosmetic wear or discoloration of leather, zippers, and metal accessories.
  5. Interior Damage:
    • Damage to interior mesh linings or rips caused by improper use.
  6. Shipping Fees:
    • International shipping costs for repairs.
    • Expedited repair or exchange services.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@lamansio.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear images of the affected product.
    Our team will assess your claim and provide guidance on the repair or replacement process. Please allow 7-10 business days for claims to be processed.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from La Mansio or authorized retailers. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs. La Mansio reserves the right to update or amend the terms of this warranty at its sole discretion. Any updates will apply to products purchased after the modification date.
